PARK AVENUE VILLA – Assisted Living Facility:
Caregiver (NA/CNA/MA): P/T or F/T
Park Avenue Villa is accepting applications for Nurse Assistant/Medication Assistant I for assisted living. If you are someone who wants to make a difference in the healthcare field and enjoys helping others with their daily needs, then this is the right opportunity for you. This position is open to motivated and compassionate individuals who are interested in assisted living care. The right candidates must possess the willingness to provide tenants with routine cares, medication assistance, group activities, housekeeping, and various tasks assigned as established by Park Avenue Villa Assisted Living procedures and as directed by supervision. With these new skills, candidates will be able to demonstrate skills in basic nursing procedures, medication administration, provide emotional/spiritual support, organize group
activities, and much more. Park Avenue Villa is accepting applications for part-time positions for day (24 hours per week) and evening (20 hours per week) shifts. Day shifts run from 5:30 AM to 2:15 PM and evening shifts run from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with rotating weekends and holidays. Ideal candidates will
have experience as a NA, CNA, or MA I, but training is available. Applicant must be in good standing with ND Nurse Aide Registry.
ST. LUKE’S HOME – Long-Term Care Facility:
Charge Nurse (LPN or RN): P/T or F/T
This position directs nursing care to the residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by certified nursing assistants, certified medical assistants and support personnel. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. Full-time and part-time evening and overnight shifts available. Incentive pay available to eligible employees. Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN or RN program.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): P/T or F/T
This position provides quality nursing care to residents; implements specific procedures and programs; coordinates work within the department, as well as with other departments; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responds to inquiries or requests for information; and assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations. There are full-time and part-time positions available, with alternating weekends; must have a current CNA certification and be in good standing with the ND Nurse Aide Registry.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Geriatric Mental Health Unit: P/T or F/T
This position provides quality nursing care to the geriatric population of mental health; demonstrates specific procedures and unit operations; coordinates work within the department, as well as with other departments; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responds to residents mental and physical activity of daily living needs; and assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations. Full-time and part-time positions available with alternating weekends; must have a current CNA certification and be in good standing with the ND Nurse Aide Registry.
Dietary Assistant: P/T
In keeping with

attain goals. The Nutrition and Food Services Assistant is responsible for providing food service to residents, guests, and employees under sanitary conditions and for aiding in all dietary functions as directed and in
accordance with established dietary policies and procedures. This ad is for a part-time, 3 to 4 shifts per week, evening shift (4:15 PM to 8:30 PM) position with every other weekend rotation.
Dietary Cook: P/T
In keeping with
St. Luke’s/PAV tradition, we seek to enhance the quality of life and holistic growth of older persons by providing high quality service in a cheerful, timely manner and by communicating, coordinating, and cooperating with others to attain goals. The dietary cook position is responsible for providing nourishing food to residents, guests and employees under sanitary conditions as directed and in accordance with established policies and procedures. This ad is for a part-time, 2 to 3 shifts per week, day shift (10:15 AM to 6:30 PM) position with
every other weekend rotation.
Activity Assistant: F/T
This position assists the Activity Director in performing his or her duties within the activity department. Depending on the area in which an activity assistant is assigned, the duties and responsibilities may differ. The general duties include:
• Encourage participants to make choices for themselves
• Present programs in front of a group of participants
• Encourage social exchange with staff and other participants
• Assist in various small group activities
• Assist the activity director in creating and planning activities
• Participate in meetings
• Respond to management direction
• Reorder equipment or supplies used for activities and plans
• Ensure that any equipment is functional and other related activities
Applicants must possess a valid state driver’s license. CNA certification is highly desirable due to the nature of the duties. This is a full-time evening shift position (from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM) with rotating weekends and holidays.
