Park Avenue Villa – Assisted Living Facility:

Universal Caregiver (NA/CNA/MA): P/T or F/T

This position provides tenants with routine cares, medication assistance, housekeeping and various tasks assigned as established by Park Avenue Villa Assisted Living procedures and as directed by supervision. This ad is for part-time positions for 20 to 30 hours per week, generally evening (either 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and overnight shifts with weekend/holiday rotation. Ideal candidates will have experience as a NA, CNA, or MA I, but training is available. Applicant must be in good standing with ND Nurse Aide Registry.

This is a fast-paced learning experience open to motivated and compassionate individuals who are interested in assisted living care. The right candidates must possess the willingness to provide direct and indirect basic health care to tenants.  With these new skills, candidates will be able to demonstrate skills in basic nursing procedures, medication administration, provide emotional/spiritual support, organize group activities, and much more. Park Avenue Villa is accepting applications for full and part-time positions for day, evening, and night shifts.

St. Luke’s Home – Long Term Care Facility:

Temporary Nursing Assistant Training: P/T or F/T

St. Luke’s Home is now hiring interested applicants into full-time or part-time temporary Nursing Assistant (NA)
positions.  Applicants do not need an active CNA certification in the ND Nurse Aide Registry to apply. Candidates will be provided a short, two-day on-the-job training program. With these new skills, candidates will be able to work with resident care directly related to activities of daily living, personal assistance needs, meal observation, and much more. This is a fast-paced learning experience open to motivated and compassionate applicants over the age of 16 who are interested in long term care. Each candidate has the opportunity for a potential permanent position with the organization.  The position is open to caring applicants who wish to make a difference in the healthcare field.


Charge Nurse (LPN or RN): P/T or F/T

This position directs nursing care to the residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by certified nursing assistants, certified medical assistants and support personnel. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. Mainly part-time evening and overnight shifts available. Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN or RN program.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): P/T or F/T

This position provides quality nursing care to residents; implements specific procedures and programs; coordinates work within the department, as well as with other departments; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responds to inquiries or requests for information; and assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations. There are full-time and part-time positions available, with alternating weekends; must have a current CNA certification and be in good standing with the ND Nurse Aide Registry.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Geriatric Mental Health Unit: P/T or F/T

This position provides quality nursing care to the geriatric population of mental health; demonstrates specific procedures and unit operations; coordinates work within the department, as well as with other departments; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responds to residents mental and physical activity of daily living needs; and assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations. Full-time and part-time positions available with alternating weekends; must have a current CNA certification and be in good standing with the ND Nurse Aide Registry.
