St. Luke’s campus includes St. Luke’s Home, an 88-bed long-term, skilled nursing facility and Park Avenue Villa, a 37-unit assisted living facility. St. Luke’s Home residents receive 24-hour skilled nursing care; IV therapy; wound care and post-surgical care; respite care; nutritional therapy; and peritoneal dialysis.
Park Avenue Villa promotes independent living and provides a range of daily services including meals, housekeeping services, social events, personal care and 24-hour emergency response.

ST. LUKE’S HOME – Long Term Care Facility

This ad is for part-time (less than 30 hours per week) and full-time (30 hours or more per week) positions in the long-term care nursing facility, with primarily evening (1:30 PM to 10:00 PM) and overnight (9:45 PM to 6:15 AM) shifts available. Rotating weekends and holidays are required. Full-time (at least 30 hours per week) employees are eligible for all offered benefits.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing quality nursing care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality.
- Responding to inquiries relating to work area and requests from residents, visitors, and other personnel within established policy.
- Specific duties include assisting residents brushing teeth, combing hair, dressing, toileting, shaving, dressing, and transporting.
Requirements include:
- Active CNA certification verifiable within the North Dakota Nurse Aide Registry.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly with residents and teammates.

- Directing nursing care to residents and supervises daily nursing activities performed by CNAs, MAs, and support personnel in accordance with policies and regulations.

- Assisting Activity Director in planning, and organizing activities, and transporting residents to activities, and presenting programs in small groups or individual settings.
- Participating in meetings, responding to management direction, restocking equipment or supplies used for activities, and ensuring equipment is functional.
