St. Luke’s campus includes St. Luke’s Home, an 88-bed long-term, skilled nursing facility and Park Avenue Villa, a 37-unit assisted living facility. St. Luke’s Home residents receive 24-hour skilled nursing care; IV therapy; wound care and post-surgical care; respite care; nutritional therapy; and peritoneal dialysis.
Park Avenue Villa promotes independent living and provides a range of daily services including meals, housekeeping services, social events, personal care and 24-hour emergency response.

Part-time, day shift position including rotating weekends and holidays. Retention bonuses available to qualified new employees.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing efficient and effective restorative care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
- Overseeing, directing, and participating in restorative programs for individual residents by providing care that promotes residents’ ability and maintains maximum function and prevents decline.
- Goal setting, planning approaches, maintaining accurate records, and proficiency in use of assistive devices and equipment.
Requirements include:
- Active CNA certification verifiable within the North Dakota Nurse Aide Registry.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly with residents and teammates.

Part-time (less than 30 hours per week) and full-time (30 to 40 hours per week) positions in the long-term care nursing facility, with day (generally 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM), evening (generally 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM), and overnight (generally 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM) shifts available. – Assisting residents brushing teeth, combing hair, toileting, shaving, dressing, transferring, monitoring, documenting, and transporting.

The next CNA training course is tentatively scheduled for late May or early June 2024. The course consists of Monday through Friday, day shift hours. Applicants do not need an active CNA certification to apply. Candidates will be provided an on-the-job training program consisting of classroom and hands-on instruction. With these new skills, candidates will work with residents related to activities of daily living, personal assistance needs, meal observation, and much more.
This is a fast-paced learning experience open to motivated and compassionate applicants at least 16 years old who are interested in a career in long-term care. Ideal candidates are those seeking a career in the healthcare field.
After successful course completion, employees have the opportunity for a permanent position on the team with either part-time (less than 30 hours per week) or full-time (30 to 40 hours per week) positions, consisting of day (generally 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM) and evening (generally 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM) shifts. Rotating weekends and holidays are required. Retention bonuses available to qualified new employees.

This position directs nursing care to the residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by certified nursing assistants, certified medical assistants and support personnel. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. Full-time and part-time day, evening, and overnight shifts available. Incentive pay available to eligible employees. Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN or RN program.
This position provides quality nursing care to residents; implements specific procedures and programs; coordinates work within the department, as well as with other departments; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responds to inquiries or requests for information; and assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations. There are full-time and part-time positions available for days, evenings, and overnights with alternating weekend and holiday rotation. Must have a current CNA certification in good standing with the ND Nurse Aide Registry.
This position provides quality nursing care to the geriatric population of mental health; demonstrates specific procedures and unit operations; coordinates work within the department, as well as with other departments; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responds to residents mental and physical activity of daily living needs; and assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations. Full-time and part-time positions available with alternating weekends and holidays. Must have a current CNA certification in good standing with the ND Nurse Aide Registry.
In keeping with St. Luke’s/PAV tradition, we seek to enhance the quality of life and holistic growth of residents by providing high quality service in a cheerful, timely manner and by communicating, coordinating, and cooperating with others to attain goals. The Nutrition and Food Services Assistant is responsible for providing food service to residents, guests, and employees under sanitary conditions and for aiding in all dietary functions as directed and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures. This ad is for part-time, evening shift (4:15 PM to 8:30 PM) positions and full-time, day shift (6:15 AM to 2:15 PM) positions with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Experience or interest in cooking a plus, but not required.
